1. Via email, you, the buyer, and me, the seller, agree to the sale of the domain.
2. I start a transaction through Escrow.com based on our agreement.
3. You, as the buyer, if you are not already registered, register with Escrow.com.
A. You have to register with Escrow.com with the same name and contact information that I use to transfer the domain. (see below) B. All transactions over $2000.00 US must be conducted by wire transfer so make sure you set this up as your method payment if applicable.
Note: Escrow.com will require your bank routing and account number information in this case.

4. Once I am notified that Escrow.com has your payment:
A. I transfer the domain into a WSMDomains.com account with an account name, username and password of your choice. B. I change registrant information for the domain based on the contact information you use to register at Escrow.com. This is the information used by Escrow.com to determine if the domain was delivered to you, the buyer. C. I change the domain parking to unparked. D. For your own protection, you should use WSMDomains.com domain management system to change the password for your domain. E. Once all transactions are complete, you can do anything you want with the domain including changing registration service provider. All escrow fees charged by Escrow.com will be paid by me, the seller. If you, the buyer, cancel the transaction Escrow.com returns your payment minus the transaction fee.
5. Payment will be released to me only after your confirmation or after the agreed upon inspection period (usually, two days) has passed and Escrow.com has confirmed that the registration information has, indeed, been transfered.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I, THE SELLER, RECEIVE NO MONEY UNTIL ESCROW.COM HAS CONFIRMED THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE DOMAIN.
This concludes the transaction.
