Policy and Acceptable Use:
- To preserve quality and design consistency on my web pages, I prefer that banners are designed by me. Approval for a banner, not designed by me, may be given if the banner meets the above size restrictions and does not detract from the design scheme of John Bell's Links on Maine pages. All banners MUST reside on the Zaboo Enterprise server.
- Banners related to "adult" content, illegal activities, or unsolicited, bulk email are NOT permitted.
- Once a banner has been initially posted there will be no refund and a surcharge of $15 and appropriate design fees, if applicable, will be charge each time a banner change is required.
- I make every effort to keep my web pages up-to-date. Therefore, banners refering to out-of-date web sites or events, or banners pointing to dead links, will be suspended. If a customer does not wish to order (or supply) a revised banner, the banner space will be sold to another customer.
