slackware - Linux
Official home of the slackware Linux project.  This site is dedicated to providing the latest news about the Slackware Linux distribution, as well as installation help, configuration help, and other general information about Slackware Linux.
You cannot download the slackware version of Linux here.  There are links to the slackware ftp sites though.

GNU and FSF (Free Software Foundation) have some interesting points, very ambitious goals, and all sorts of interesting ideas about the morality of developing and selling proprietary software.
